Right now, it's 4:12 in the morning (I woke up early to brush up a bit on my lessons, haha!), and it's officially la dia de San Valentino. But yeah. Being miles away didn't stop me from spreading the love; isn't that great to hear? Hahaha! It's just fun to make people happy, and I've been doing it for years, so nothing's stopping me now. :)
Mission 1: Mom and Sara
Had flowers sent just in time for breakfast care of my best buddy and former neighbor Cyril Keith, or Kyle, for short. (Thanks, dude, I knew I could count on you. Will FedEx your NBA jerseys soon. :D)
At around 2:30 PM earlier, just after my Natural Sciences class, my mom called me on my phone, saying that she had just eaten breakfast and received the bouquet, and she was glad that even if her "little boy" is on the other side of the world, he still remembers her. How cheesy. HAHA.
Mission 2: Ate Ayame
Well, I sent her carnations (which she loved, despite having a name that stands for "iris") through the online flower shop based in Britain, which has been my "suki" (in Filipino) for the past two years now. :D Hahaha! She texted me just now, telling me that Kuya and I were so sweet. HAHAHA. She's cheesy too.
Mission 3: Jill <3
I'm still working on how I can go home for while to attend her ball and be her date, but in the meanwhile, I prepared the usual dismissal time Valentine surprise for Jilly. :D At approximately 4:30 pm, or 12:30 in the morn here in Calif, Sara brought Jill to their school's gate, where my old bodyguard, Julian, was. Julian had a bouquet of roses and a cellphone... and guess who was on the line??? :D
So, yeah, Julian did the whole spiel, saying, "Si Sir Ken po pinapadala ito... at kakausapin daw niya kayo." And Jill and I spoke to each other for a bit. Some cheesiness ensues.
Hahahahaha! I swear, that was one of the weirdest things that I did in my whole life, but it was worth it, I guess? Sometimes, the most insane things become sensible in the weirdest ways.
Okay, I can't believe I just made a whole entry about Valentines day early in the morning.

I received an email from my sister and my "favorite" cousin just now. Surprised, I opened it. And lo and behold, attached was a photo (which I resized, for your convenience):

Today, I had the longest telephone call that I ever did with Kai Kai. Must've cost a lot... but who's complaining? She was the one who called me, so the cost was on her. Haha!
One of the many things I realized through Kai was that it really is so hard to move around with people who have set expectations, standards, and other social whatnot after you. One wrong move, you lose all respect. One wrong move, you're dead. Well, it isn't that she did anything wrong. In fact, she appears to never make mistakes, to lead such a perfect life that just makes you wonder how.
You can do it. You've always managed to, so what's stopping you now?
