MY LAST ENTRY WAS WRITTEN IN APRIL.
So many things have happened in the past five months that I wouldn't bother to enumerate them all because that is just damn crazy. :P
Five months. More than a hundred days.
WHERE HAVE I BEEN, EXACTLY, DAMMIT?

I'm a bit in love with the PS3.
At least, I think I am. And yes, you read right, a PlayStation 3! I can't believe I actually know somebody who owns one as early as now. See, I've met up with Jin 'Nii-chan and my cousin Shigyou yesterday and we played Virtua Fighter 5 on Shig's PS3 which he bought roughly three months ago. Upon seeing it so close, I came crashing down. Damn. Seriously. I used to only see it behind glass cases. And in photos. Haha! XD
My new gimmick now, though, is to try to get the PS3 myself. As in save up for it in hard cold cash through, I guess, my tutoring job. Sure, I could beg my parents into getting me one from Japan (I could ask them to get it here in the US but it's a couple hundred dollars cheaper in Japan, and Mom flies there every few months for company reasons, so you get my point) but I just got a Nintendo DS on my birthday from one of my uncles and my conscience is bugging me about it. I can so imagine people bursting when they hear me asking for another "toy." XP Besides, saving up for the PS3 could buy me a few months to get the Nintendo DS all used up, too. Hehe! :)
Yeah, yeah, I'm a video game console freak. In my eighteen years of living, I've had two first generation GameBoys (the black and white version, and I dropped the first one that I had, but in my defense, I was only six years old), a GameBoy Color, a GameBoy Advance, a PlayStation One, two PlayStation Twos (the first one broke, so I got another one, but then I didn't know Dad had the broken one repaired so I ended up having two in the end), an Xbox, a PlayStation Portable (also known as a PSP), an Xbox 360 and, most recently, as I've mentioned, a Nintendo DS. It's a miracle that I still have 20/20 vision, really.
It isn't that I play with ALL of them all at the same time. That's crazy. I share them with my siblings, and I play with my friends, too. And I don't have them all at the same time either because that's just loony. I've also gotten to sell my used "toys" before upgrading to newer ones, because I take care of them pretty well. :) Basically, all that I have AS OF TODAY are one of the PlayStation Twos (I sold the one I bought after three weeks of use and kept the repaired one instead because it has sentimental value XD), the PSP, the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo DS. The handhelds, I keep with me, the Xbox 360, I keep at Jin's apartment, and the PS2, I keep in my room in Manila.
Oh, donations are welcome for my forthcoming PS3.:D
And, oooohh, don't get me started on the Nintendo Wii...

My twin sister is part of the same batch in the same school as my girl, most of my girl (space) friends, and my twin cousin (born on the same day). Imagine the fun that they have. :P
Today, I attended their graduation ceremony, and I can't just help but exclaim how proud I am of them all. :) There were a couple of loyalty awardees, and academic excellence awardees from my favorite bunch. Sara got awards in Phys Ed, Music and Introduction to Sociology, so that was really, really good. She made mom and dad so happy; I could tell. :) Jilly got in Basic Accounting, Spanish, English and InfoComTech, which was very, very cool. :) The show stopper, though, was Hina as Salutatorian, with excellence awards in Social Science, English, Filipino, Physics, Trigonometry and Statistics, InfoComTech and, most importantly, ANALYTICAL GEOMETRY AND CALCULUS.
Sorry na, Hinata. Hindi ka namin ma-take! :P
I'm really, really proud of you guys! Congratulations Batch 2007! :)
Okay. I'll be flying back to Cali tomorrow. :P

I'm in the Philippines for two things:
a) Jill's ball, and
b) Sak's graduation.
Thank you to my professors for being so considerate. And thank you to my parents as well. And of course, my brother. Hahaha!
Now, in consolation, all I have to do is finish a 15-page paper on texting and study for a long Accounting test that is waiting for me when I get back to the States. :P
